METLEN and Shell Global LNG Limited announced a binding LNG supply agreement on 2 November. Shell will provide six cargoes annually, about 0.6 billion cubic metres a year, for five years starting in 2027. [1]
The cargoes will primarily come from Shell’s US LNG portfolio for supply to Greece or other European markets. The deal advances the companies’ February memorandum; it is a future supply commitment, not evidence that the contracted deliveries have begun. [1]
