Kosovo’s trade ministry announced on 8 September a temporary anti-dumping duty of €0.04 per kilogram on wheat seed originating in Serbia, SeeNews reported on 9 September. The measure covers seed intended for sowing and will initially be collected by customs for six months. [1]

The ministry says preliminary findings indicate dumping and harm to domestic producers. Those findings remain part of an ongoing investigation: a final assessment will determine whether further measures are warranted. The decision is therefore a provisional trade remedy, not a completed investigation or a ban on all Serbian wheat imports. [1]
