Rybar founder returns to Russia after Montenegro expulsion
Montenegro detained Mikhail Zvinchuk and other Russian nationals in Risan and ordered their expulsion on national and internal-security grounds. Zvinchuk, his wife and three colleagues arrived in Moscow via Belgrade on 11 October; no criminal charges were announced in the cited reports.
