Moldova’s Defence Ministry reported an unauthorised drone entry at 16:24 local time on 31 October, from the direction of Ukraine’s Odesa region toward Plopi. The aircraft was later detected near Bănești and disappeared from radar near Țibirica. [1]
Northern and central airspace was temporarily restricted, then reopened at 17:14. Authorities subsequently reported that the drone had left the country. [3]
A second drone entered near Sobor at 17:50 and crossed northern districts before leaving near Viișoara at 18:12, Moldova 1 reported, citing the military. The reports do not establish that these were the same aircraft detected in Romania. [2]
