Berlin Process summit renews Western Balkan EU push

Western Balkan leaders met European partners in Montenegro to discuss regional integration, security and enlargement. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said Montenegro could realistically join the EU in 2028 if reforms and political commitments continue.
