United States transfers C-130H to Romania

Romania received C-130H Hercules aircraft 92-3024 from the United States under the Excess Defense Articles programme. The eighth C-130 in Romanian service arrived with at least three years of flight resources and is intended for transport, medical evacuation, disaster response and NATO missions.
